• All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase applies.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if pricing errors occur.

3. Orders

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order due to stock unavailability or other reasons.
• Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp at 0769 183 826.

4. Payment

• We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (Nairobi only).
• Payment must be completed before dispatch for non-COD orders.
• All transactions are processed securely.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund terms are outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for eligible items.
